I just thought I'd put down a few words commenting on the last North Meeting. Kalpesh discussed at technique that he's been experimenting with to help a team's stand-up be more productive. He did a great job of engaging the audience, and I believe he hit the "nail on the head". The approach he covered is simple to use, and it naturally engages the team to determine and focus on the most important work for the sprint. So what is his approach? Sorry, can't steal his thunder just yet as he'll be giving an updated version of the same talk at the upcoming South meeting, and the "final" version at an upcoming conference. Below are a couple of pictures from the event.
