Description: Featureban: A Flow Simulation

This session features an adaptation of the Featureban game (created by Mike Burrows of AgendaShift) mixed with Socratic style discussion of Lean and Agile concepts. During the course of game play, participants will learn to manage the flow of value using an Agile taskboard, a cycle time scatter plot, and a cumulative flow diagram. Participants will also use the charts to design and measure high information value process experiments.
In addition to being a great introduction to Lean and Agile, Featureban is Creative Commons licensed, meaning attendees may recreate and modify the game to play with their teams/colleagues. Examples of customized games and scenarios will be available after the session.
