Topic Overview:

Leadership Lessons from Scaling Adobe’s Cloud Infrastructure Teams

Adobe successfully shifted its business model from perpetually licensed desktop products to subscription & cloud based products and services. One of the core competencies required in this shift was subscription licensing, entitlements, and identity management. The group responsible for these shared technologies eventually adopted a scaling approach based on the so-called “Spotify model”. In this presentation, Peter Green, who coached the leaders and teams through this approach, will share the lessons learned – why they took that approach, how they got leadership buy-in, what worked in the transition, and what didn’t.   View Slides
